Extra-Virgin olive oil "Il Gheppio" with DOP and I.G.P. Toscano estracted exclusively from our local variety of olives;Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, Pendolino and Maurino. This extraordinary mixture in simbiosi with the microclimate and the cultivation technique of olives produced on the same location where they are pressed, bottled and grown by the Gheppio family owners with scrupulous attention, allows a production of an excellent olive oil with a strong scent of herbs and fruit-fragrances.
Weekly olive oil tastings during high season and upon request through out the season we offer our guests a olive oil tasting of our own production of Olio Extra-Vergine di oliva con marchio DOP e I.G.P. at the VILLA, reception area, with the possibilty to buy our product.
